SA - Senior SEO Executive

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Executive to help deliver organic growth for a portfolio of UK-based clients. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of SEO performance end to end - from strategy and planning through to delivery and optimisation.

You’ll work on complex SEO initiatives across technical SEO, content strategy, and performance analysis, using data to inform decisions and drive measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and seeing the commercial impact of their work.

• Take ownership of SEO strategy and performance for a portfolio of clients, defining clear, long-term organic growth plans

• Lead technical SEO audits and translate findings into prioritised, actionable recommendations

• Identify growth opportunities through competitor research, keyword analysis, and performance reviews within the UK market

• Align SEO activity to agreed business goals, including traffic growth, conversions, and revenue

• Support and guide junior team members through knowledge sharing and best-practice execution

• Clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and diagnose performance changes

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects to deadline

• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting SEO insights to non-technical audiences

• Good commercial understanding of how organic search contributes to wider business objectives

• Crawlers: Screaming Frog (custom extraction, regex, API integrations), Deepcrawl / Lumar

• SEO platforms: SEMrush, Ahrefs, SISTRIX

• Analytics & reporting: GA4 (Explorations), Google Search Console, Looker Studio

• Productivity & AI: Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Monday.com, Jira, ChatGPT / Gemini

• 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environment

• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexing, and ranking fundamentals

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the SEO implications of JavaScript

• Proven experience delivering organic growth or solving complex technical SEO challenges
