We’re looking for an Account Executive to support the day-to-day optimisation, management, and delivery of paid search campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll work hands-on within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, helping to ensure campaigns are well-structured, accurately managed, and continuously optimised to drive strong performance outcomes.
You’ll support a range of clients - from smaller SMBs to growing brands - gaining exposure to different industries while developing your paid search and analytical skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in platforms, has a strong attention to detail, and is looking to build a solid foundation in paid search with clear progression into a Senior Account Executive role.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication- Support day-to-day communication with clients on paid search performance
- Assist in delivering clear and accurate performance updates
- Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
- Build an understanding of client goals, industries, and performance priorities
- Support creation of simple reporting and performance summaries
- Assist in building and managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Ensure campaigns are structured correctly in line with best practice (keywords, ad groups, match types, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and highlight key trends or issues
- Support daily optimisations including keyword updates, ad copy changes, and budget adjustments
- Help maintain accurate budget pacing across accounts
- Work with senior team members to ensure campaigns are performing against KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Support ongoing optimisation of paid search campaigns
- Help implement testing across ad copy, keywords, and targeting
- Identify early performance trends and flag opportunities or risks
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and budgets
- Use data to support decision-making and optimisation recommendations
- Stay curious about paid search platform updates across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Support the implementation of new features, betas, and automation tools where relevant
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance and efficiency
- Develop awareness of industry trends and competitor activity
- Share learnings with the wider team where appropriate
- Work closely with Senior Account Executives and Managers to support campaign delivery
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate progress clearly and flag issues early where needed
- Take feedback on board to support learning and development
- Actively build knowledge to progress toward Senior Account Executive level
- Some exposure to paid search campaigns (Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads desirable)
- Basic understanding of paid search principles and campaign structure
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with data and reporting
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Interest in digital marketing, automation, and performance media
- Desire to grow into a more senior paid search role
- Gain hands-on experience in paid search across a variety of clients
