About the role: Fixed-term contract through to December 2026
As a Rural Officer you will assist in the managment and grow a portfolio of rural clients, both independently and in support of Rural Managers.
There is sufficient scope in this role to challenge an experienced banker as well as developing an emerging banker – as such graduates or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Complete annual credit reviews
Undertake financial analysis
Monitor and grow a portfolio of Rural Branch accounts
Foster an environment of continuous improvement
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Ideally an understanding of banking/lending policies and procedures
Knowledge or an interest in the rural industry will be advantageous
Maintaining a strong relationship with key clients
Can manage competing priorities
