About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Finance Automation Developer with strong expertise in UiPath and Intelligent Automation to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions that drive efficiency across Finance processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RPA development, solution architecture, deployment, and support, along with a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and other automation technologies.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks following coding and architectural best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust automation solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare solution design documents, technical specifications, and process documentation in accordance with team standards.
- Perform unit testing, integrated testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production hypercare activities.
- Manage enhancement requests and support the complete change management lifecycle.
- Create configurable and dynamic automation solutions that meet functional, compliance, security, and quality requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and collaborate with team members to establish development and documentation best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders during process assessment and solution design workshops.
- Support large-scale RPA implementations, platform administration, and infrastructure optimization activities.
- Provide recommendations on automation frameworks, solution architecture, and emerging technologies.
- Support platform upgrades, migration initiatives, and implementation activities.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, technical walkthroughs, and mentoring activities.
- Drive adoption of new UiPath features, products, and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Support integrations with third-party platforms, enterprise applications, and monitoring tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification preferred.
- Experience delivering end-to-end automation solutions, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, exception handling, logging, and monitoring.
- Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and other technologies.
- Good knowledge of SQL, microservices, and automation architecture principles.
- Experience working with Azure cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Understanding of Intelligent Automation, AI-powered automation, and UiPath AI capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Finance & Accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliations, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.
- Understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP platforms.
- Experience integrating UiPath with monitoring and reporting tools such as Splunk.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting infrastructure scaling, platform optimization, and automation governance.
