Job Description:

Position Overview:
The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, a strong understanding of business processes, and a proven ability to create effective automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

RPA Solution Development:

Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
Create efficient and scalable bots to automate various business processes.
Ensure automation solutions adhere to best practices and standards.
Requirement Analysis:

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand process requirements.
Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities and define the scope of automation projects.
Develop detailed documentation of automated processes, including process maps and technical specifications.
Maintenance and Support:

Monitor and maintain deployed automation solutions to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions.
Perform regular updates and maintenance to improve and optimize existing bots.
Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Develop and execute test plans and scenarios for automated processes.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of RPA solutions into the business environment.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Train end-users on the functionality and usage of automated processes.
Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency in Automation Anywhere tools and technologies.

Nice to haves:

Certification in Automation Anywhere.
Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of web services and API integration.
Good Understanding of programming skills in languages such as Python or .NET.
Knowledge of SQL and database management.
