Reporting to the RPA and QA Automation Manager, the RPA developer in Esko will help them build a customer-centric company. As an RPA Developer, you will make sure that best practices are followed when automating business processes through the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design RPA solutions, develop and deploy bots, and provide ongoing support and maintenance and
You will be located in Bangalore or Hybrid/Remote - need to come to office for 2 weeks minimum every quarter.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
Develop, configure, and deploy RPA bots
Design and implement process automations using workflow automation tools and techniques.
Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
Create process and end-user documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects
Knowledge and experience in SQL use cases
Experience in building UiPath Agents and cross platform Web studio
Knowledge and Experience in Power Automate cloud and Desktop will be an added advantage
QA Testing experience will be an added advantage
The essential requirements of the job include:
4+ Years of proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath. Previous experience in software development or process automation is highly beneficial.
UiPath Certified RPA Developer and UiPath Advanced Developer Certified
Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, UiPath Agents, Maestro, Integration Services, GenAI and ML are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders, document processes, and provide training and support to users.
Experience with working with onsite, nearshore and offshore teams.
