Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Developer to join our team, specializing in Blue Prism RPA. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business processes and operations, coupled with technical expertise in Blue Prism's low-coding capabilities. This role requires strong project management skills, with a particular focus on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Design, development, and implementation RPA solutions using Blue Prism.

Collaborate with Commercial Operations business units to identify automation opportunities and define business requirements.

Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive project success and organizational efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance.

Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of automation tools.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years experience and technical proficiency in Blue Prism or related RPA and low-coding capabilities.

Moderate/strong knowledge of HTML and CSS concepts to understand the properties of web components for efficient and quick troubleshooting and analysis.

Moderate/strong background in business process analysis and operations.

Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have

Previous experience supporting Customer Operations and/or Services Contact Center back-office operations.

Moderate/strong knowledge of Visual Basic, C#, Python JavaScript, SQL or any other scripting language

Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate
Certification will be required for Blue Prism and preference would be given to candidates with Blue Prism or additional RPA tool certifications.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
