- Higher Eeducation Degree 3-5 years of project & process management experience Ability to build and lead effective project teams Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams
- Rich experience mainly on supply planning and inventory control
- Good at Microsoft Offce (Excelent excel & Powerbi) ERP system experience prefered
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Key responsibilities of the role ?
- Co-pack/Relabel Planning & Supply Service (60%)
- Lead China Co-pack & Relabel planning (like Copack MPS, Copack CAPA) and analysis capacity to optimize activity & capacity to improve efficiency
- Lead the establishment of the new copack center and build up a sustainable supply model for future dual copack centers operation model
- Handle copack activities and inventory control of co-pack products
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders arocss E2E supply process to fulfill demand
- KPI : OSDC, OTIF, MPS
- Conduct financial estimations for import projects. China RC imports probiotics and milk powder in two batches under the Root Facilitator program.
- PM Purchase & Inventory Management (15%)
- Take charge of packaging material planning, procurement and inventory control ensure adequate material supply for copack operation with healthy inventory and minimizing waste
- PM inventory analysis and tracking
- KPI : OSDC
- DRP Management (15%)
- Managing DCs replenishment plan exectuted well
- KPI : OSDC
- Digital Transformation Projects (10%)
- Deeply involvement in supply chain digital transformation projects as Key business user (KU) include ERP system upgrade, E2E Planning system upgrade projects.
