What will be your key responsibilities?
Provide for a Safe Workplace

Detailed Responsibilities
- Master Data Management:
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of market product data elements in system.
- Serve as liaison with other departments and assemble master data input information from key stakeholders.
- Raise tickets and resolve data issues by working with relevant stakeholders to ensure data integrity.

- Product Deployment:
- Ensure perfect execution on new product development and product change management in coordination with Marketing, Supply chain, Regulatory and, etc.
- Data Quality and Governance:
- Ensure the data accuracy, consistency and completeness of the product library, by performing regular data quality checks and audits to identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain data standards and guidelines.

- Participate in system upgrades and implementations to ensure data is migrated and integrated correctly.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in master data management.
- Work with other departments to develop and enhance data management tools and processes.
- Training and Support:
- Develop and update the documentation of market MDM processes.
- Provide training and support to users on master data processes and tools.
What are we looking for?
• Associate degree or above. Computer science is a plus.
• Over 3 years’ experience in ERP operation or supply chain management.
• Good skill for excel operation.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Digital Tooling including Power BI is a plus.
