Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More about this role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ritz Jr Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of the Ritz brand across our WACAM region (13 countries). This pivotal role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong FMCG background, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of driving brand growth from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will be a creative, agile, and results-oriented individual capable of managing complex initiatives and diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, marketing plans, and innovation pipelines for the Ritz brand across 13 WACAM countries, aligning with regional and global objectives.
- Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring the delivery of key commercial objectives including sales volume, market share, and profitability targets.
- Campaign Management (End-to-End):
- Lead the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from strategic conceptualization and brief development to execution, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to deliver impactful and resonant campaigns.
- Market & Performance Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis using tools such as Nielsen and Kantar to identify consumer insights, market trends, competitive activities, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, market performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a central point of contact and collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of brand plans.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, fostering strong collaborative environments.
- Innovation & Consumer Focus:
- Monitor the competitive landscape and continuously track consumer preferences and emerging trends to maintain brand relevance and drive new product development or marketing initiatives.
- Champion a consumer-centric approach in all brand activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive marketing experience, with a significant portion gained within a multinational Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategic planning through to tactical implementation and evaluation.
- Technical Skills:
- Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities, with a strong aptitude for data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in market research tools, specifically Nielsen and Kantar.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory; Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.
