Please review the following job description:

The Risk Solutions Program Manager is a senior position within CRC Group’s Risk Solutions team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives across assigned Risk Solutions platforms. This individual serves as the primary program management resource for initiatives spanning underwriting programs, delegated authority and binding authority structures, carrier and capacity coordination, and solution economics — ensuring that priorities are delivered on schedule, stakeholders are aligned, and operational infrastructure is in place to support sustained performance. The role operates across the full initiative lifecycle — from opportunity assessment, design, and partner engagement through launch and steady-state operations. The position partners closely with production, underwriting, capacity management, finance, and external capacity stakeholders to keep concurrent workstreams moving, surface risks early, and maintain clear accountability across internal and external parties. This is a coordination-intensive role that requires strong organizational discipline, deep familiarity with wholesale insurance placement mechanics and delegated authority structures, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.

• Own end-to-end program management for assigned Risk Solutions initiatives, from initial planning through production launch and ongoing operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestone schedules, and accountability frameworks; proactively identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and competing priorities to senior leadership.
• Coordinate execution of portfolio initiatives, carrier consolidation and leakage capture strategies, and solution economics strategies in partnership with production, underwriting, and capacity management teams.
• Manage new program development workstreams, translating portfolio data, market intelligence, partner feedback, and strategic priorities into actionable execution plans.
• Ensure clean transitions from program build to steady-state operations, with documented workflows, established reporting baselines, and trained stakeholders in place at launch.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact with carrier partners, capital providers, algorithmic underwriting platforms, and other capacity sources on assigned workstreams.
• Manage intake workflows, qualification processes, and issue resolution across program phases; coordinate with technology and operations teams on systems integration and workflow automation.
• Track initiative economics, including GWP, access fee accruals, commission structures, and capacity participation terms; identify opportunities to improve performance and expand support across the Risk Solutions platform.
• Ensure consistency in contract terms, reporting standards, and economic attribution across multi-carrier and multi-vehicle program structures.
• Serve as the day-to-day coordination point for internal stakeholders across production, underwriting, capacity management, finance, actuarial, and technology on assigned Risk Solutions initiatives.
• Coordinate with external advisory partners, technology vendors, carrier and capital partners, and other market participants on deliverables, structuring needs, and timeline commitments.
• Prepare and distribute regular status updates, milestone trackers, and performance dashboards for Risk Solutions leadership.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication across a broad stakeholder set spanning multiple CRC divisions and external parties; ensure no workstream falls through the gaps between teams.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures, program onboarding templates, and workflow documentation for each initiative as it transitions to steady state.
• Support development of management reporting and executive briefing materials related to program progress, economics, and performance.
• Maintain program risk registers and escalation logs; provide leadership with consistent, decision-ready visibility into program status across all active workstreams.
• Contribute to the broader Risk Solutions operations workstream, taking on additional program scope as the initiative portfolio and team expand.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Familiarity with algorithmic or technology-enabled underwriting platforms (e.g., Ki, Convex, or similar follow market structures) preferred.
