Overview
As Manager of End-to-End Partner Monitoring, you will support the design, implementation, and ongoing execution of the monitoring framework required under Brazil Central Bank Resolution 522. This role will help ensure the network can effectively supervise payment flows, manage financial and operational risks, and meet regulatory expectations.
This position is ideal for a professional who can balance analytical thinking and execution, working cross-functionally to translate regulatory requirements into practical monitoring capabilities.
Role Summary
Operating at the intersection of risk, operations, and technology, you will contribute to the end-to-end monitoring strategy and support its execution for Resolution 522.
You will work closely with stakeholders to help define monitoring processes, support implementation efforts, and ensure consistent execution across teams and partners. This role requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of the end-to-end monitoring framework to ensure compliance with Resolution 522
- Translate regulatory requirements into operational processes, controls, and reporting routines
- Design and implement a comprehensive and robust monitoring framework with real-time capabilities, risk-based approaches, and standardized alerting and escalation processes.
Drive cross-functional delivery across Risk, Technology, Operations, and external partners, leveraging existing monitoring capabilities across partner teams while ensuring clear ownership and alignment across stakeholders
- Monitor day-to-day outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory expectations
- Support preparation of reports and documentation for internal governance and regulatory purposes
- Identify opportunities to improve monitoring processes, efficiency, and risk coverage
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams on regulatory-related topics and ongoing interactions
- 10 years of experience in strategy, risk management, operations, or related areas
At least 5 years’ experience in the Payments Industry.
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify risks or trends
- Ability to translate complex requirements into structured processes and actions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
- Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.
