Job Description

We are currently looking for a Risk Coordinator to join our team at the Ignitis Group. In this role, you’ll be responsible to contribute to Group Risk management framework (ERM) growth and implementation as well as risk identification, assessment, monitoring and oversight in collaboration with Risk Officers.  Work will require tight collaboration with wide spectrum of business colleagues as well as in the Risk team. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Together with Risk team shaping most effective risk management framework that fits Company business purpose
  • Collaborating with Risk team for value-adding risk management practices integration into business activities and overseeing its performance
  • Working with stakeholders, data gathering and analysis for risk identification, assessment and monitoring purposes, performing deep-dive analysis and formulating conclusions for further risk mitigation
  • Supporting preparation of periodical Risk reports for management and oversight
  • Contributing to all components of Risk management framework for maturity growth and practical implementation aspects for higher efficiency, awareness and alike
  • Collaborating with Risk team and Business colleagues ensuring good data quality in relevant databases for efficient risk management

Qualifications

  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
  • ~ 2 years of experience in the field of risk management and knowledge and hands-on experience working with various risk management framework components (e.g. various types of risk assessment and measurement, incident management and assessment, internal controls framework and attestation, also various other data analysis for risk purposes)
  • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience of executive presentation
  • Proficient user of MS Office programs, PowerBI, experience with data management and quality
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key risk drivers and possible impacts
  • Responsible, collaborative, result-oriented, proactive, efficiency-driven and with growth mindset
