Develop, maintain, and support Oracle Siebel CRM solutions, troubleshoot production issues, translate business requirements into technical functionality, implement enhancements, work with Oracle databases and PL/SQL, support enterprise integrations, document solutions, and collaborate with international teams.

Design, code, test, debug, document, and refactor corporate systems while supporting administration, incident resolution, DevOps automation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and requirements. Conduct code reviews, mentor colleagues, and help ensure solutions meet performance, security, maintainability, and scalability standards.

Analyze energy and financial markets to identify price drivers, trends, risks, and trading opportunities. Develop forecasting, market analysis, and trading tools; automate reporting and operational processes; evaluate trading strategies and business performance; and deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with traders and internal teams to improve data quality, analytical workflows, and commercial decision-making.

Design, build, deploy, and optimize generative AI agents and automation solutions for customer and employee experiences. Analyze structured and unstructured network data, fine-tune and monitor LLMs and AI models in cloud environments, and develop rapid MVPs through group-wide deployments. Identify AI opportunities, lead pilot projects, and deliver measurable business value using Python, machine learning, and generative AI techniques.

Provides technical leadership for reliable, secure, and highly available on-premises and hybrid IT infrastructure. Designs and administers VMware or Hyper-V virtualization, Linux and Windows servers, physical hardware, enterprise storage, and networking. Implements monitoring, logging, automation, security hardening, patching, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. Supports incident resolution, root cause analysis, change management, documentation, and continuous infrastructure improvement while collaborating with application, security, and operations teams.

Lead reliability engineering for global digital workplace, endpoint, and identity services. Design resilient Active Directory and Entra ID architectures, improve observability and automation, manage secure endpoint rollouts, engineer disaster recovery, and implement Zero Trust controls. The role also includes incident root-cause analysis, automated remediation, technical documentation, architecture standards, mentoring engineers, and collaboration with Security and Service Desk teams.

Provide legal support for renewable energy projects in Latvia, including supply, EPC, construction, FIDIC, claims management, environmental, and commercial matters. Develop compliance and risk-mitigation procedures, and coordinate with legal advisors, regulators, management, and business stakeholders. The role requires independently managing priorities, evaluating legal options, and supporting international teams.

Supports renewable asset management through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and KPI insights. Develops automated Power BI dashboards, improves financial data processes, maintains the company databook, ensures data accuracy, and contributes to financial data architecture and special projects.
