This role is embedded within a hardware development engineering team and involves active contribution to RF system design, simulation, validation, and integration activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and development of RF hardware systems
• Execution of high-frequency simulations using industry-standard tools (e.g., Ansys HFSS, ADS)
• Board-level design with focus on RF components, layout considerations, and signal integrity
• Definition of measurement methodologies and execution of RF lab validation
• Development and documentation of technical specifications and test procedures
• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Experience with RF simulation tools (e.g., Ansys, HFSS, ADS)
• Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in RF hardware design - required
• Familiarity with schematic design and circuit editing tools (e.g., Cadence) - required
• Understanding of signal integrity and high-frequency design principles
Laboratory and Practical Experience
• Experience performing RF laboratory measurements using advanced equipment - required
• Strong analytical thinking and self-learning capabilities
• Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• High-level proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Interest and hands-on experience in building and leveraging AI-based solutions (e.g., developing AI agents, automation workflows, or data-driven tools) to enhance engineering productivity and problem-solving
