WORK SCHEDULE
Work just 3 nights a week — and enjoy a 4-day weekend every week.
This position follows a Monday – Wednesday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM schedule, giving you full-time hours in three nights and four consecutive days off to recharge, spend time with family, or pursue what matters most to you.

About the Role
Rework Specialists at Milwaukee Electronics aren't just fixing boards — they're protecting quality, upholding standards, and doing some of the most technically demanding work on the floor. If you can solder to IPC Class 2 and Class 3 standards, know your way around SMT and through-hole assemblies, and take pride in getting it right the first time, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Perform hand assembly, mechanical assembly, and soldering per work instructions
- Solder and inspect to IPC Class 2 and Class 3 workmanship standards (J-STD-001)
- Inspect and rework SMT and through-hole components to meet customer requirements
- Use rework tools including soldering irons, hot air rework stations, microscopes, and BGA rework equipment
- Learn and develop advanced rework skills, including BGA rework on the Scorpion station
- Meet daily efficiency and utilization goals
- Train others to IPC A1 or A2 classification as needed
- Serve as backup Team Lead when needed
- Execute inventory transactions in Epicor ERP
- Follow all quality policies, safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of electronics industry experience
- Hands-on experience with SMT and through-hole assemblies
- Working knowledge of IPC standards including J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC-7711/7721
- Experience with rework tools and equipment
- Experience training or supporting others to IPC A1 or A2 levels
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor experience a plus)
- Basic math skills and comfort with performance metrics
- Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
- Passing scores required on Milwaukee Electronics Component ID test and IPC Workmanship exam (in-house training provided)
- Must be eligible to work in an ITAR-controlled facility (U.S. Person status required)

Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. Noise level is occasionally loud; PPE required where applicable.
