The Senior Tooling Development Engineer is responsible for designing, fabricating, and validating tooling solutions for manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and quality workflows.

Own, sustain, and improve manufacturing processes on the production floor to ensure stable, repeatable, and capable operations. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, apply SPC and process capability analysis, lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and support NPI, validations, and continuous improvement in an electronics manufacturing environment.

The Test Development Engineer coordinates manufacturing test solutions for printed circuit board assemblies, liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure effective testing and production strategies.

Manage strategic customer accounts and lead new product introductions. Coordinate engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery, run business reviews and project planning, and apply inventory and quality/lean practices to meet customer and contractual requirements.

The NPI Engineer supports new electronic product launches by conducting Design for Manufacturability analysis, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams, and improving the NPI process.

Lead quality through NPI and production by verifying product conformance to specs, performing inspections and audits, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions, supporting supplier quality, preparing customer quality reports, and promoting continuous improvement and Lean principles.
