Rewards Senior Analyst
About the role:
The Marsh McLennan Rewards Senior Analyst contributes to annual reward processes and projects by providing analytical insights and support to the broader Compensation CoE. The role is responsible for analyzing compensation data, generating insightful metrics, reviewing existing structures and processes, as well as providing insights and recommendations to ensure competitive and effective reward programs. The Rewards Analyst will report to the Marsh McLennan HR Strategy Leader.

We will count on you to:
- Act as an analytical partner and advisor to global as well as regional reward leaders.
- Collect and submit data and matches for benchmarking surveys, utilizing tools such as Marketpay.
- Conduct market pricing activities to evaluate the competitiveness of the organization's pay practices against market.
- Analyze total compensation practices internally and externally to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Design and implement pay structures based on market data in alignment with the organization's compensation philosophy.
- Support regulatory reporting and/or committee papers, providing analysis and reporting on reward-related matters.
- Drive advanced analysis and reporting using large databases and tools such as Workday and PowerBI.
- Support regional and global project work related to reward programs, contributing to the achievement of project objectives.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Passion for data and a knack for connecting dots and telling stories with numbers.
- Intellectually curious, seeking opportunities to develop new skills for themselves and others.
- Experience within total rewards, compensation or related HR roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, including the ability to work with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Discipline to work both individually as well as collaboratively across a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse and global stakeholders globally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability to different cultural contexts..
