About the role
Reporting to the Senior Rewards Partner, you will be a reward subject matter expert working on initiatives to support stakeholders within and across EMEA.
You will be comfortable exploring a range of compensation and benefit issues and be able to present compelling solutions by drawing upon your experiences and by collaborating well with others. You will have an analytical and resourceful mind-set and be able to present statistical data in an uncomplicated way that adds value and supports decision making.
This would be a one year fixed term contract with the potential
Responsibilities:
Scope, plan and execute all related compensation and benefit programs impacting EMEA in partnership with the local HRBPs.
Partner HRBPs and key business and functional leaders to understand the reward priorities for their business areas and markets and plan initiatives that are relevant, timely and are in keeping with regional/global priorities.
Own local activity relating to annual reward cycles for example, pay surveys, merit reviews, salary structure development and bonus processes.
Support with design and deploy benefits renewals/implementations taking into consideration the role of benefits within the overall reward package compensation to ensure consistency in messaging and approach to overall reward offering.
Represent the global reward function to local stakeholders and feedback local requirements for consideration in global processes.
Construct/Support reward offers for new hires, international moves, and localisations that balance the need for a creative package which is attractive to an individual.
Act as point of escalation for a variety of reward related queries.
Provide input into global compensation projects on an ad hoc basis.
Monitor external market changes (market practice/employment law/minimum regulation) which might impact reward practices within the Company and action plan when needed.
Occasionally represents the company at external meeting events, as well as is responsible for survey data gathering, input, analysis, benchmarking in partnership with global compensation team
Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements by supporting the development of consistent pay reporting, transparency processes, and communication frameworks across EMEAOversee the creation and management of reward‑related purchase orders to ensure seamless vendor engagement and uninterrupted delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
Support the operational delivery of sales incentive plans, including data coordination, eligibility reviews, payment calculations and ensuring accurate and timely execution across markets
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; CIPD or WorldatWork certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, ideally within a multinational environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships.
Experience with international reward practices and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
