About the Role & Program

The Revenue Planning and Analytics (RP&A) team is part of the Finance organization that supports clients across the Disneyland Resort within Ticketing, Resorts, Merchandise, Food & Beverage, and Special Events in the core competencies of revenue planning, forecasting, yield management, and optimization.

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in forecasting, planning, and analytics across various lines of business at Disneyland Resort. You will contribute to key business decisions through analytical work and help uncover opportunities to drive results. 

We seek candidates with a natural curiosity to understand the "why" behind business performance, who take a proactive role in problem-solving, are results oriented, can prioritize, and be a team player and influencer in a highly collaborative environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This internship is a full-time commitment located in the Anaheim, CA area from January 2027 - June 2027.

What You Will Do

Every day in this role is unique and rewarding! On any day you might:

  • Collaborate with Pricing and Finance teams to foster a deep understanding of the business to provide data needs, analytics, and actionable insights to drive business decisions

  • Generate reporting and ad-hoc analyses of historical and current data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple lines of business

  • Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using Tableau or similar tools to deliver insights and enable internal efficiencies

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA and Power Query)

  • Experience in data visualization/business intelligence software, such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Experience querying, handling, and manipulating data using SQL

  • Familiarity with one or more analytical/coding tools, such as R or Python

  • Experience collecting & analyzing data and reporting on the results

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in using data to solve problems

  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or relevant coursework that required preparation of PowerPoint decks to summarize findings, analysis, and/or share general information in a compelling way

  • Exposure to statistical modeling and/or forecasting

Education
  • Junior or Senior year preferred

  • Major or previous coursework in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information
  • This internship is a full-time commitment located in the Anaheim, CA area from January 2027 - June 2027.

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

  • Fully available from Monday – Friday and occasional evenings and/or weekends depending on project needs for the duration of the internship

  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Anaheim, CA area

  • Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work

  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.

The pay rate for this role in Anaheim, California is $31.00 per hour.
