Customer Finance Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating insightful charts and reports to track various product metrics. You will also ensure accurate event tracking to support effective analysis and reporting. This position requires close collaboration with product managers, marketing teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. We are looking to hire for Bangalore (Hybrid Work Setup) with 4-6 Years of Experience.

Renewal Operations & Contracting 

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to initiate renewal processing 
• Generate and review customer renewal contracts using templates and internal tools 
• Coordinate approvals and ensure compliance with commercial policies 

💬 Customer-Facing Financial Coordination 

• Respond to customer questions on contract terms, billing cycles, invoicing, etc. 
• Work with Finance and Legal teams to resolve customer queries on PO, payments, or compliance 
• Own follow-ups for delayed renewals or incomplete procurement documentation 

📑 Collections & Invoicing Support 

• Track outstanding payments and proactively follow up with customer contacts 
• Work with internal systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) to update payment and invoice statuses 
• Coordinate with internal Finance on reconciliations and adjustments 

🔍 Data Entry & Documentation 

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and finance systems 
• Ensure alignment between customer systems (PO, vendor portals) and internal finance records 
• Track and report on operational metrics around billing, collection, and renewals 

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Finance Ops, Revenue Operations, or related roles in a SaaS or tech company 
• Prior exposure to U.S. customer base and familiarity with SaaS billing and contracting cycles 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests 
• Professional communication skills for customer-facing email and occasional calls 
• Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign, or other finance ops tools is a plus 
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent 
• Must be based in Bangalore and able to work in U.S. time zones (night shift) in a hybrid setup
