Are you a Salesforce whiz who loves solving puzzles and driving global efficiency? New Relic is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our high performing RevOps team.
In this role, you aren’t just "managing data", you are the engine behind our global sales machine across the US, EMEA, and APJ regions. You’ll be the first line of support for our field teams, the architect of our data integrity, and the go to expert for tools like Salesforce, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft etc.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Lives and breathes Salesforce.
- Obsesses over data integrity and territory accuracy.

- Can effectively manage our Geo Model approach, balancing regional theatre requirements with global scalability.
What you will do:
- Systems Architect: Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions across Salesforce, 6sense, Adobe, and LinkedIn.
- Data Guardian: Govern SFDC data integrity to ensure seamless territory assignments and account transfers.
- Geo Model Specialist: Operationalize our Geo Model approach by partnering with Theatre Leaders to design, enforce, and scale regional territory strategies and POD structures.
- Problem Solver: Analyse root causes of operational malfunctions and provide timely resolutions.
- Process Innovator: Iterate on existing workflows to improve automation and cost effectiveness.
- Collaborative Liaison: Work across matrixed global teams (US, EMEA, APJ) to streamline onboarding and regional reporting.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree and a deep comfort level with Salesforce.
- Comfortable working on MS Excel and Google Sheet for data management and reporting.
- A "detective" mindset…you love finding inefficiencies and fixing them.
- The ability to balance a matrixed, global workload by effective time management.
Bonus Points: 4 years of related working experience preferably within a technology company, Salesforce/Sales Ops/RevOps certifications.
