We are seeking a Revenue Marketing Associate to join our team for this hybrid role out of our Uxbridge, UK office.
Job Summary
Our company is seeking a Revenue Marketing Associate to be a reliable assistant to the wider international Revenue Marketing team. We're looking for someone who can build relationships with the team and who is an excellent communicator both in writing and verbally. You will be a fast and willing learner, understand the basic principles of marketing and enjoy administration and event planning.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting demand generation marketing initiatives including the planning, coordination, and execution of events, webinars, digital marketing, and partner marketing activities that drive lead generation and pipeline generation. This role will report to the Director, International Revenue Marketing and will work closely with the regional Revenue Marketing Managers and the Senior Global Events Manager to support the execution of regional marketing plans and events. The role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, global marketing, finance and broader international teams.
This is a hybrid work opportunity (mandatory 3 days in office) based out of our Uxbridge, UK office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn all aspects of demand generation Marketing and be part of a high-performing, collaborative team.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Revenue Marketing Associate at Imprivata, you will:

  • Help to coordinate the execution of marketing demand generation activities, with a particular focus on events. Manage all vendors and administration details associated with events and demand generation activities.
  • Coordinate programme and event production schedules, logistics, communication across event staff and lead uploads upon event completion.
  • Assist in managing budget spend for regional marketing, ensuring all purchase orders are submitted and tracked across all activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Global Events Manager, Revenue Marketers, and other marketing teams, to help them achieve targets and build and launch successful programmes and events.
  • Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors such as promotional product companies, logistic vendors, association memberships, etc.
  • Assist with the data analysis into the success of demand generation programmes and events.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.


Qualifications
Our ideal Revenue Marketing Associate will have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in marketing or similar role
  • CIM qualifications desirable
  • Enthusiastic about the planning and execution of events and marketing campaigns.
  • Travel is up to 30% within international regions
  • Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
  • Outstanding organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation software a plus (Salesforce.com, Marketo)
  • An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills
