Role Objective
Own revenue, GMV, pricing, and profitability metrics for the Travel business. Drive growth through pricing optimization, promotional strategies, customer retention initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Own Revenue, GMV, Margin, and P&L metrics for Travel.Develop pricing and promotional strategies to improve bookings and profitability.Monitor conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Conduct business analysis to identify growth opportunities and revenue leakages
.Drive A/B testing and growth experiments.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Supply teams to improve business performance.Build dashboards and present business insights to leadership.Ideal
Candidate Profile:5–8 years of experience in Revenue Management, Growth, Category Management, or Business Analytics.
Experience in Travel, OTA, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet businesses.
Strong understanding of pricing, demand forecasting, profitability, and customer retention
.Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
Skills Required
- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Management, Growth, Category Management, or Business Analytics
- Experience in Travel, OTA, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet businesses
- Strong understanding of pricing, demand forecasting, profitability, and customer retention
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience running A/B testing, growth experiments, and building dashboards for business insights
