As HotelRunner, We’re looking for a great Revenue Management Specialist, Elite ready to take on some serious hacking for our Izmir Office.


About the Job

  • Work closely with hotel owners to analyze business performance and revenue trends
  • Provide strategic guidance on managing sales channels (OTAs, direct bookings, metasearch, etc.)
  • Conduct regular one-on-one consultations to support each property's growth and performance goals
  • Manage and maintain hotel listings on online travel agencies (OTAs)
  • Ensure accuracy of availability, rates, and content across all platforms
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize promotions and special offers on OTA extranets
  • Support revenue optimization initiatives in coordination with the Revenue Manager
  • Maintain regular communication with hotel partners to understand their needs and address any issues
  • Monitor market trends, demand shifts, and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions

        What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in revenue management, hotel consultancy, or sales/distribution in the hospitality industry
  • Preferably experience in the hospitality industry (especially in revenue, reservations or sales departments)
  • Hands-on experience with OTA extranets (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) is a plus
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
