HotelRunner is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Insight Sales Manager, Global to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes, building long-term relationships with potential and existing partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced global SaaS environment.

About the Job
- Lead and manage a global outbound sales team focused on converting incoming leads through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities, monitor industry trends, and support the company’s regional expansion.
- Present, position, and sell the company’s products and services effectively to both existing and potential customers, ensuring alignment with client needs and market demands.
- Engage with potential clients, assess their market potential, and prepare accurate, competitive, and tailored proposals.
- Manage the contracting process from proposal to deal closure, ensuring smooth completion and compliance with company standards.
- Track contract expiration dates, prepare renewal offers, and oversee re-contracting and retention processes.
- Oversee onboarding and implementation, ensuring partners adopt and use the platform efficiently to achieve success.
- Respond promptly to online and offline inquiries, directing them to relevant teams when necessary to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize the entire sales funnel, outbound performance metrics, and conversion rates to maximize efficiency.
- Utilize CRM and sales tracking tools actively and efficiently to maintain accurate records, ensure pipeline visibility, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management, offering insights on progress, forecasts, and market opportunities.
- Work proactively to achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence, communicating needs, opportunities, and insights to management to inform strategic decisions.
- Guide, train, and coach the sales team—both new hires and existing members—to enhance performance, develop skills, and uphold company standards.
- Monitor and report on team results, providing leadership, motivation, and ongoing support to ensure a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, or operations management within SaaS, hospitality, or tech-driven environments.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and team leadership (preferably in SaaS or technology sectors)
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, lead follow-up, and pipeline management
- Target-focused mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding quota
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and translate them into clear progress reports and effective strategies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong command of technology and digital sales tools, with advanced proficiency in MS Office, Slack, Salesforce, Jira, and CRM platforms; skilled in leveraging these systems for reporting, performance tracking, and sales optimization.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
- Proactive, process-oriented, and results-focused.
