Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Revenue Management Pricing Analyst to join our Revenue Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for directing price strategy and implementation to achieve global revenue and profit targets for our Records and Information Management business. You will join a highly integrative team that acts as a central hub for the organization, collaborating with General Managers and stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Latin America to drive pricing excellence.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:

  • Develop, own, and maintain complex pricing models and segmentation strategies to support global business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Information Technology, to communicate pricing changes and coordinate global implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies by documenting pricing processes and exhibiting ethical behavior in accordance with the Code of Ethics.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of experience in a pricing-focused role with a passion for revenue management.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced analytical tools, including Excel, Google Suite, and data workflow software such as Tableau, KNIME, or Alteryx.
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial analysis into actionable recommendations and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
