Your day at NTT DATA

We are looking for a commercially oriented Global Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement organization and help translate global enablement priorities into consistent, high-impact execution across regions.

The role will work across Revenue Enablement, Practices/Service Lines, Industries, Business Units and Regional teams to develop actionable enablement plans and drive their execution with seller populations globally. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of sales in an IT services or technology services environment, combined with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, global organization.

Success will depend on the ability to align stakeholders, create accountability, remove execution barriers, and drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Enablement Planning & Execution
  • Translate Revenue Enablement strategy and priorities into structured, actionable enablement plans focused on APAC
  • Develop execution plans covering target seller populations, interventions, timelines, milestones, stakeholder responsibilities, and expected outcomes.
  • Drive execution of global enablement initiatives across regions (focused on APAC) in partnership with regional teams.
  • Establish execution cadence to maintain momentum against agreed priorities and establish transparency.
  • Identify execution gaps, dependencies and barriers and work proactively with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
2. Seller Capability & Sales Enablement
  • Drive enablement initiatives across sales skills and seller capability development, portfolio/offering/solution enablement, industry enablement, and strategic business or sales priorities/campaigns.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure enablement is practical, relevant to sellers and aligned with how sales teams engage accounts, develop opportunities and progress pipeline.
  • Work with Practices, Industries, SMEs, learning/content teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the required enablement interventions and assets are available to support execution.
  • The role does not personally develop training content.
3. Global & Regional Stakeholder Orchestration
  • Work closely with regional Revenue Enablement teams to adapt initiatives to local requirements and drive execution.
  • Build strong working relationships across Practices, Industries, Business Units, and regional teams.
  • Bring together multiple stakeholders around common enablement objectives, plans, and measures of success.
  • Facilitate sharing of effective approaches and lessons learned across regions.
4. Drive Adoption & Execution Through Influence
  • Establish clear ownership, milestones, and accountability with participating teams.
  • Identify areas where execution is behind plan and proactively intervene with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Challenge constructively, resolve execution bottlenecks and escalate critical issues when required.
  • Influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders to secure commitment and action.
5. Measurement & Business Impact
  • Establish appropriate measures and tracking mechanisms for enablement initiatives.
  • Track seller participation, adoption, readiness, and execution against agreed plans.
  • Connect enablement activity, where possible, to commercial indicators such as seller engagement, pipeline development, and sales outcomes.
  • Provide regular, concise reporting to Revenue Enablement leadership on progress, adoption, risks, outcomes, and required interventions.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who combines sales experience, commercial understanding, stakeholder influence, and strong execution discipline. The ideal candidate understands the realities of selling technology and IT services and can use that perspective to ensure enablement initiatives are practical, relevant, and capable of driving seller behavior and business outcomes.

Candidates should be equally comfortable discussing priorities with global stakeholders and working hands-on with regional teams to ensure execution happens.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of overall professional experience, including 3-5 years in sales, sales-related or commercially oriented roles.
  • Experience within IT services, technology services, or a comparable technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of how enterprise sales organizations operate, including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, portfolio positioning, and sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with teams across multiple geographies/regions.
  • Experience working with sellers, sales leaders, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute complex initiatives across a matrix organization.
  • Experience in sales enablement or revenue enablement is advantageous, but candidates with strong sales experience combined with demonstrated capability in driving cross-functional initiatives will be considered.
