What You'll Bring:
The Impact You’ll Make:
- Assist in creating engaging e-Learning modules, ILT/VILT sessions, and sales playbooks using common content development tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, PowerPoint). Support the design of training materials and learning resources that align with seller competency needs and contribute to effective learning experiences
- Coordinate Revenue Enablement projects and support sales-related events by applying foundational project management skills and utilizing tools such as Smartsheet and Coupa, while collaborating with regional teams and subject matter experts
- Deliver and facilitate learning experiences that drive sustainable behavioural change through common delivery platforms (i.e. Cornerstone / Seismic / Sharepoint / Workvivo / Teams / Zoom)
What You’ll Bring:
Essential requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, coupled with strong organizational systems and a sense of urgency in completing tasks
- Able to effectively work remotely, both independently and with a close-knit Team (virtually), in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones, needing minimal supervision due to an ‘ownership mindset’
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to bring resourceful ideas and solutions to discussions
- Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate ideas in verbal and written presentations across the organization, from senior executives to peers, at an above-average ability level
- Passion for learning and demonstrated ability to leverage new technologies (i.e. Copilot & other AI-powered tools)
- Knowledge of Adult Learning principles and Sales Enablement frameworks
- Undergraduate degree and a min. of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and/or recognized certifications
Desirable Requirements:
- Graphics and video creation experience, balancing creativity with corporate branding guidelines
- Sales skills experience a plus (through work &/or facilitation experience)
- Ability to speak Portuguese fluently in a business setting
- Previous experience working remotely on a global team
