This role will serve as a key Advisor of the Product Marketing team and is responsible for leveraging our competitive intelligence platform, AI tools, and other resources to research, analyze, and deliver actionable insights on competitors. The Advisor will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), product marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure that the information is accurate, comprehensive, and effectively shared across the organization. This role is ideas for someone who thrives on research, enjoys synthesizing complex information and can collaborate effectively within product marketing and with cross-functional teams.
This is a remote position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities including:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on competitors across multiple solutions areas, including product offerings, positioning, pricing, and market strategies
- Utilize our competitive intelligence platform and AI-driven tools to create, maintain, and update competitor profiles and summaries
- Monitor industry news, competitor announcements, and emerging trends to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal SMEs to validate findings and ensure accuracy and relevance of competitive insights
- Publish and distribute competitive intelligence content through the platform and other stakeholder communication channels
- Partner with product marketing, sales enablement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure competitive insights are effectively used in strategic planning, messaging, and sales tools
- Maintain a consistent process for gathering, vetting, and sharing competitive updates across the organization

What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 7+ years of combined experience in competitive intelligence, market research, technical sales, strategic insights, B2B SaaS product marketing, product management, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Collaborative approach in working with stakeholders to uncover insights, creating value differentiators and disseminating competitive knowledge for key cross functional partners
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders to ensure strategic insights are used to drive key business decisions
- Strong skills in researching, gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information from multiple sources
- Drive to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of insight efforts by uncovering innovative research, business analytics tools, techniques and processes including AI
- Proficiency with competitive/market intelligence platforms and the ability to learn and leverage AI tools for research and content generation
- High-level understanding of competitor landscapes and experience building competitor profiles is strongly preferred
- Possess excellent critical thinking and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and proactively solve problems.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Detail-oriented yet able to focus on the big picture
- Experience in B2B financial services, fraud prevention, credit risk, data insights or related field is preferred, but not required
- Product Marketing Alliance, Pragmatic Marketing and/or SCIP (Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals) certification is preferred, but not required
