OBJECTIVE
Assist RMAS Revenue Managers with non-stakeholder-facing tasks, including but not limited to preparing for sales strategy meetings, report production; business transient and promotion rate loading; support system diagnostics and audits; implementing hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems; escalating technical questions related to the reservations and reporting systems to the appropriate support desk in a timely manner; and monitoring compliance with and participation in regional promotions and eChannels.

Education and Experience

A degree in a relevant business discipline preferred or demonstration of equivalent work experience
CRITICAL TASKS
Revenue Administrative Duties
-
Assist Revenue Managers with the preparation for sales strategy meetings and reporting production, business transient and promotion rate loading.

Assist in the implementation of the hotel sales strategy in the reservation and inventory systems.

Escalate technical questions related to the reservations and reporting systems to the correct support desk in a timely manner.

Assist with system diagnostics and audits.

Monitor compliance with and participation in regional promotions and eChannels.

Review and report parity issues within the appropriate systems.

Support the administration and coordination of the department’s payroll processes.
