We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our growing Finance team. Duties will range from supporting forecasting and reporting to collaborating with stakeholders on the finance team and partner teams in order to improve processes and procedures that enhance the company’s ability to accurately forecast revenue. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, proficient with Excel or Google Sheets, eager to learn/build a foundation in financial planning and analysis, and has a basic understanding of data structure (SQL a bonus). This role will report into the Manager of Finance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the collection and validation of billable metric projections to drive increased adoption, accountability, and forecast accuracy

• Partner with billing team to resolve relationship/opportunity setup issues, identify and forecast one-time fees/credits, account for special rates/exceptions, and confirm annual minimum true-ups

• Support the planning cycle, including annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and the preparation of executive presentation materials

• Analyze actual performance versus forecasts or targets and assist with month-end close reporting efforts

• Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed and help build or update reports that provide insights to stakeholders

• Support ongoing refinement of Tinuiti's revenue forecast model and proactively explore ways to improve the accuracy and efficiency of existing processes

• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and support broader Finance and business initiatives

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in finance

• 1+ years working with financial or operational forecast models

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Preferred:

• Demonstrated analytical/technical skills with a desire to take ownership of the output

• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely

• Attention to detail and ability to combine data from multiple sources efficiently and accurately

• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and consistently meet deadlines

• Track record of identifying and executing process improvements

• Ability to define problems, interpret abstract and quantitative data, and draw meaningful conclusions

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Anaplan (or other financial modeling platforms) is a plus
