Revenue Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Invoice issuance in accordance with contracts terms
- Prepare and maintain various reports
- Handle credits and cancellations requests
- Maintaining internal CRM to ensure they contain up to date and correct information
- Prepare journal entries for the monthly closings
- Develop relationships with internal customers, connecting with business executives and partners. Liaison between cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of invoices, responses to client inquiries, requests, and requirements.
- Work as a self-directed problem solver, with a focus on execution, accountability, and ownership.
- Identify trends in processes and provide proposals on efficiencies that can be applied through improved workflows between internal departments.
- Act as a trusted member of the team in offering back-up to the other revenue a and to the manager
- The list is not exhaustive and may be completed depending on the company’s requirements
Your profile:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Billing / Accounts Receivable role in an international company, with exposure to multiple currencies
- Familiar in delivering audit requirements and with Revenue recognition process
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and investigative mind-set
- Detail, team, and deadline oriented
- Fluency in English is a must
- Good PC skills (Excel) are required.
- Knowledge of NetSuite and /or Oracle Fusion will be a real plus
