Wasabi’s Revenue Analyst will be a vital addition to our Finance Operations team in the EMEA/Tunisia region, which is responsible for ensuring the Order to Cash cycle is efficient and accurate. This integral role will work closely with the sales team, accounting team and the Business Systems team. At Wasabi we pride ourselves on our ‘start-up’ like environment and are looking for someone who is ambitious, self-starter and can work with all levels of leadership.
The primary responsibilities for the Revenue Analyst include managing and supporting the quote creation and deal desk review for sales as well as solving critical contract and order issues for our Partners and customers. In addition, this role will assist in billing inquiries via external ticket submission. The Revenue Analyst would ideally possess a working knowledge of Salesforce as well as spreadsheets and office productivity software. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the Order To Cash cycle and accounting. The successful candidate will be able to work independently but will always be able to work with peers and management for any questions that arise.
- They will be partnering with various departments to scale the business and create solutions for pain points for the business.
- Timely creation and review of quotes for the worldwide sales team.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to continue to build out CPQ and Salesforce billing.
- Work directly with customers, sales reps, and partners to triage account, contract, and order issues.
- Contributing to Monthly Revenue Operations Close.
- Administer, and improve upon the existing Order to cash process.
- Work with the Sales Operations team to create and maintain internal controls for Sales Quota assignment, tracking, and adjustment management process for org changes and territory re-alignments in partnership with other teams.
- Collaborate with our Channel and alliances program, to assist with Partner revenue reporting, contracts and onboarding for larger Distributors.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field and/or experience as a revenue analyst, business analyst or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortability with working cross functionally in a start-up environment with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of a B2B SaaS company, Monthly Recurring Revenue.
- Knowledge of using Salesforce, Microsoft Excel.
