Our services focus on M&A Transactions, Debt Advisory, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements and Corporate Strategy. Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Restructuring Research Senior Analyst to provide direct support to the Associates in the team.
PROFILE SPECIFICATION
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role, namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm, debt restructuring firm or performing credit research or related work in an Investment Bank or Private Equity firm
- Fluency in English at a proficient level. Previous full-time education taught in English or previous full-time employment in a country of official English language are an advantage
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics or similar)
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)
- Interest in the financial services industry, with strong awareness of credit markets and industry developments

- Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance and credit analysis, including financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and risk assessment

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Direct support to Associates on ad hoc client related projects
- Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison)
- Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives
- Screening the debt market regularly to identify potential restructuring opportunities as well as monitoring ongoing credit developments and market trends
- Generating client facing presentations and company profiles as well as performing data analysis and financial modelling
