Lead and manage client applications for Portuguese and European grants and tax incentives, coordinate funding and tax benefit submissions, prepare technical and financial reports, assess project feasibility, and maintain client relationships while tracking new funding opportunities.

Support Associates on M&A, due diligence, capital raising, and corporate strategy engagements. Prepare client-facing presentations, financial models, and analyses; manage client communication and day-to-day correspondence while working in fast-paced, cross-border projects.

Lead client engagements on grants, incentives, and tax benefit applications (Portugal 2030, PRR, Horizon Europe, SIFIDE, RFAI). Build the Incentives team, source clients, manage project delivery, evaluate technical and economic feasibility, and contribute to business development.

Lead end-to-end capital raising mandates for technology clients, originate and convert new business, manage investor outreach and due diligence, prepare financial models and investor materials, negotiate and structure deals, and mentor execution teams while maintaining senior client relationships across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

Lead end-to-end M&A and corporate finance engagements, manage and mentor Associates and Analysts, prepare client-facing deliverables (financial models, presentations, reports), act as primary client contact, and contribute to business development across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

Lead end-to-end M&A and corporate finance mandates from origination to closing, originate new business, manage senior client relationships, oversee financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and deal structuring, and mentor/managethe execution team across international transactions.

Support the Creative & Design team by producing digital and print graphics, contributing design ideas, assisting project execution from concept to delivery, and gaining hands-on experience with UI/UX, social media, marketing collateral, and web design tools.

Provide analytical and operational support to Associates on debt restructuring and credit-focused engagements: conduct financial statement and credit analysis, monitor debt markets, prepare client-facing presentations and company profiles, perform data analysis and financial modelling, and handle client correspondence and liaison.
