Lead design, migration and implementation of cloud-native enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric. Build end-to-end pipelines (ingest, transform, orchestrate, store), implement Medallion Architecture, migrate ADF to Fabric, create Lakehouse/Warehouse and Power BI semantic models, enforce governance, security and data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable analytics and AI use cases for financial services clients.

Lead end-to-end capital raising mandates for technology clients, originate and convert new business, manage investor outreach and due diligence, prepare financial models and investor materials, negotiate and structure deals, and mentor execution teams while maintaining senior client relationships across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

Lead end-to-end M&A and corporate finance mandates from origination to closing, originate new business, manage senior client relationships, oversee financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and deal structuring, and mentor/managethe execution team across international transactions.

Lead client engagements on grants, incentives, and tax benefit applications (Portugal 2030, PRR, Horizon Europe, SIFIDE, RFAI). Build the Incentives team, source clients, manage project delivery, evaluate technical and economic feasibility, and contribute to business development.
