Designs, implements, modernizes, and optimizes enterprise-scale cloud data platforms for financial-services clients. Responsibilities include building Microsoft Fabric solutions, implementing Medallion Architecture, developing end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines, and enabling analytics, reporting, and AI workloads. The role also establishes data governance, security, quality, lineage, monitoring, and scalable data models; collaborates with client stakeholders in agile environments; documents technical designs; and mentors or leads technical workstreams.

Lead end-to-end capital raising mandates for technology clients, originate and convert new business, manage investor outreach and due diligence, prepare financial models and investor materials, negotiate and structure deals, and mentor execution teams while maintaining senior client relationships across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

Lead end-to-end M&A and corporate finance mandates from origination to closing, originate new business, manage senior client relationships, oversee financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and deal structuring, and mentor/managethe execution team across international transactions.

Lead client engagements on grants, incentives, and tax benefit applications (Portugal 2030, PRR, Horizon Europe, SIFIDE, RFAI). Build the Incentives team, source clients, manage project delivery, evaluate technical and economic feasibility, and contribute to business development.
