Position Overview
Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled RESPA Admin to join our growing team.
This role involves supporting the current RESPA team and loan processors with administrative tasks regarding loan document generation, client outreach, and daily activities to allow the loan processors to focus on dealer relationships and strengthen ties with their borrowers. Additional activities include handling inbound call overflow, addressing client update requests when loan officers are on vacation, and various reporting needs for management.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to handle administrative tasks for RESPA team members on vacation or out sick
- Responsible for clerical support with disclosures via Encompass or Docusign
- Responsible for assisting loan processors with various administrative tasks when necessary
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 2 years of mortgage experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Knowledge of Encompass Loan Origination System
- Knowledge of Docusign platform
Physical Demand:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
- Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
Skills Required
- Two years of mortgage experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Encompass Loan Origination System
- Knowledge of the DocuSign platform
