Track and map manpower, equipment, materials, and consumables against project schedules. Identify shortages, excesses, and productivity variances. Coordinate mobilization, redistribution, and recovery with contractors and stakeholders. Prepare daily/weekly monitoring reports and early warnings to prevent schedule delays.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, SCS, and resource owners regarding mobilization, additional resources, replacements, redistribution, recovery, or acceleration plans.

Prepare daily and weekly resource monitoring reports and provide early warnings when available resources are insufficient to meet the project schedule.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planner, Resource Coordinator, Material Coordinator, Project Control, or in a similar role.
Experience in heavy construction, infrastructure, utilities, roadworks, earthworks, drainage, piping, or industrial construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling and productivity.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
Strong analytical, field coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

Skills Required
