Network Resilience and Audit Consulting proactively-and when needed, reactively-helps customers to:• Identify gaps and deviations from best practices in network design, architecture, processes, and configurations• Design layered defences and graceful failure models that improve overall resilience• Develop, test, and wargame contingency and disaster recovery plans• Lead innovation in self healing and Autonomous Networks, including the application of agentic AI for resilience• Measure and track the effectiveness of resilience investments• Align resilience strategy with cybersecurity intent and operations in close collaboration with Ericsson's Security practice
What you will do
Ericsson Consulting is seeking a senior Network Resilience Consultant and Offer Area Lead to join the global Resilience and Audit Consulting team. The role combines strategic leadership, business growth, sales engagement, and hands on delivery of complex consulting engagements for Communication Service Providers (CSPs).
Deep expertise in network resilience advisory and audit delivery is essential. Experience with Core Network architectures is an advantage, though not mandatory for a strong candidate.• Define, evolve, and position the Resilience and Audit consulting offers• Drive market demand and grow the business globally• Provide thought leadership in network resilience and continuity• Develop proposals, manage commercial governance, and protect margins• Own funnel management and deal closure for the offer area• Lead delivery governance, quality assurance, and selected project execution• Align with internal SME audit teams and solution areas• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity and other consulting practices
You will operate at CxO level within leading global telecom operators-defining resilience strategies, delivering sensitive audit feedback, and advising on critical risk areas. The role demands high credibility, discretion, and deep domain trust. You will also partner closely with Ericsson sales leaders to align consulting engagements with customer priorities and Ericsson's strategic goals.

What you will bring
• 15+ years of professional experience, including selling and delivering consulting engagements• Proven experience in network resilience consulting and audits• Strong team leadership and people development capabilities• Excellent communication skills and innovation mindset• Experience working in global, cross cultural environments• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred. All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.
