We currently have an opening for a Researcher Data Analyst based out of our Gdansk, Poland office.
Your responsibilities
Perform research on the Internet and enter data into a software system that helps our clients contact financial advisors.
Cooperate with other team members to deliver product, in line with quality measurements and Broadridge standards.
Adhere to high quality and productivity standards.
Receive assigned list of financial advisors and groups to research. This will include guidance on where the data is likely to be found on the Internet.
Use internal and external resources to locate contact information for each of the advisors on the provided list.
Enter found information for advisor in a Broadridge system.
Record when no data can be found, or information is incomplete for an advisor.
Proactively seek guidance from Manager when challenges are encountered in research.
Our requirements
Familiarity of how people seek the services of a financial advisor to manage their money a plus.
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as web browser and internet search engines (i.e., Google), Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
Service Orientation/Client Focus
Data Entry Skills including accurate typing, attention to detail, methodical and highly organized.
Able to work against deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to combine information from various sources
Task-oriented and works independently with minimal supervision
