About the Role
Researcher Academy is Elsevier’s free e-learning platform for early career researchers. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a master’s student looking to enter the field of marketing communications. You will gain experience in a large international organization.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the platform’s content development and marketing initiatives to increase traffic and acquire new users;
- Coordinating the creation of learning content in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
- Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, online community/social media management, and market and competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Be enrolled at a university in the Netherlands as a master’s student (MSc/PhD in Sciences or Marketing) for the duration of the internship;
- Be sure to receive credits (in case of non EU-students)from your university for this internship;
- Be an English speaker (near-native) with excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Have social media management skills (YouTube, LinkedIn) and experience with paid advertisement;
- Have solid skills in editing and producing multi-media marketing content, including imagery and video;
- Have experience with live streaming/webinar development and support;
- Have research acumen (organizing and leading focus groups, customer surveys, market analysis).
What we offer
- Internship duration approximately 9 months (duration can be discussed)
- Remuneration: 750 Euros gross per month, 5 days a week
