Job DescriptionJob Description:

设计产学医合作计划，开展项目合作、项目推进、项目跟踪等工作；

Design IAH cooperation plans, carry out project cooperation, project promotion, project tracking and other works;

与目标院校洽谈联合申报课题、对接院校教授、专家，推进产、学、研深入合作；

Negotiate with target colleges and universities to jointly apply for projects, dock with college professors and experts, and promote in-depth cooperation between  $ [AH] $ ;

负责产学研用项目的筛选、市场调研，引进或孵化项目建议书的编制，可行性方案研究的编写等；

Responsible for the screening of IAH projects, market research, the preparation of project proposals for introduction, the preparation of feasibility study reports, etc.;

组织策划科研院所与企业间的研讨会议及交流活动，搭建院校和企业间的交流联动机制；

Organize and plan seminars and exchange activities between scientific research institutes and enterprises, and build an exchange linkage mechanism between colleges and universities and enterprises;

负责政府部门、高校、科研院所，医院，生态圈资源关系维护和建设。

Responsible for the maintenance and construction of resource relationships in government departments, universities, scientific research institutes, hospital and ecological circles.

Requirement:

熟悉国内校企合作发展现状和主要模式，了解校企合作项目运作流程和基本内容，有高校合作共建专业或共建学院经验者优先；

Familiar with the current situation and main models of domestic school-enterprise cooperation development, understand the operation process and basic content of school-enterprise cooperation projects. Those who have experience in co-building majors or co-building colleges with universities are preferred;

高校、科研院所、医院，生态圈资源关系丰富；

Rich resources in universities, scientific research institutes, hospital and ecological circles;

市场意识敏锐，有泛行业研究相关经验者优先；

Have a keen sense of market awareness and experience in pan-industry research is preferred;

对产业服务行业有良好的认知，熟悉产学研政策，有科研立项、成果转化管理等类经验优先；

Have a good understanding of the industry service industry, familiar with industrial-academic-research policies, experience in scientific research project establishment, achievement transformation management is preferred;

有敏锐的行业嗅觉和行业研究能力，有将行业研究结果定期输出能力；

Have a keen sense of industry smell and industry research ability, have the ability to regularly output industry research results;

做事积极主动，良好的策划能力、沟通能力、商务谈判能力、学习能力和开拓创新能力；

Be proactive in work, have good planning ability, communication ability, business negotiation ability, learning ability and innovative
