Here's a summary of the role:
Ever looked at a client's data and known there was a much bigger story in there than the brief asked for? We want you to go find it and then help the client see it too.
We're looking for a Research Manager to design and deliver quantitative market research for clients across the region, and to turn what you learn into real commercial opportunity. You'll run projects end-to-end — questionnaire design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting — and you'll be just as comfortable spotting the client's next need as you are presenting the results. You'll bring genuine curiosity about AI and automation into your everyday work, and you'll present findings as a story, not a slide-by-slide walk through the data.
Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Design and deliver research projects for regional and global clients, from questionnaire through to results.
- Work-flow planning, organizing and troubleshooting issues with support teams – including scripting, fieldwork, data processing and finance
- Turn data into a story your clients remember and act on — not just a stack of charts and trend lines.
- Spot the next opportunity in every account and help turn insight into more work for the team.
- Bring AI and automation into your everyday toolkit, speeding up everything from questionnaire checks to first-draft analysis.
- Build genuine, trusted relationships with clients across a range of industries.
- Work closely with a talented regional team of researchers and account managers.
These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview:
- 5+ years' quantitative market research experience, including direct client management.
- Possess a natural instinct for spotting commercial opportunity within an account, not just delivering the brief.
- Confidence presenting to clients — you tell a story with data; you don't just read out a chart.
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they can improve research and reporting.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Experience with statistical analysis or data weighting.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Comfortable working across different cultural contexts within the MENA region.
- Strong ability to work on multiple projects at different stages simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines and being the day-to-day point of contact for your clients
It would be great if you had these too, but we'll support you if you don't:
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of how upselling and growing accounts leads to regional commercial success
- Hands-on experience using AI or automation tools in a research or analytics context.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior researchers.
