Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected, helping them grow within Fever.
Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.

The Role
We are looking for an innovation and creative strategy professional to identify emerging opportunities and develop new concepts with strong market potential. The role involves researching cultural, consumer, and industry trends, transforming insights into actionable ideas, and using data and experimentation to refine and validate concepts. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape strategic recommendations, create compelling narratives and presentations, and support the development and launch of new products and experiences while continuously improving creative and innovation processes.
What You'll Do
- Research and conceptualize new experience formats, creative products, and entertainment concepts with strong market potential.
- Identify cultural, consumer, entertainment, and digital trends across different industries and translate them into actionable creative opportunities.
- Develop data-informed concepts, using marketing performance insights, audience behavior, and validation learnings to shape stronger ideas.
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, visualization, concept development, and creative prototyping.
- Apply design for innovation methodologies to structure and improve creative processes, including brainstorming sessions, workshops, toolkits, focus groups, sprints, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup frameworks.
- Create compelling narratives, copy, and presentations to communicate concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Collaborate with different Fever teams to develop, refine, and deliver creative concepts, strategic recommendations, and business-ready proposals.
- Support the continuous improvement of creative workflows, research frameworks, and concept validation processes.
- Contribute to the go-to-market process for new products, from initial research and concept development to performance optimization and product scaling
Who You Are
- Professional proficiency in English.
- 2+ years of experience in a creative, strategy, innovation, research, consultancy, startup, or agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven experience working with data, marketing insights, or performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Comfortable using generative AI tools for research, ideation, content development, visual exploration, or creative prototyping.
- Strong business mindset, with the ability to evaluate creative ideas through the lens of market potential, scalability, audience demand, and commercial impact.
- Deep interest in trends research, digital marketing, social media, consumer behavior, and the live entertainment or experience economy.
- Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills, with the ability to turn insights into clear, engaging concepts.
