Requirements Manager Associate - Technical R32659
The Associate Requirements Manager – Technical will be responsible for the design accuracy of pumper apparatus, supporting presale activity prior to order booking, through Contract Review and Approval Packet creation, finalization, and approval; providing guidance and answering questions to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. The Associate Requirements Manager will liaison between the Sales Rep, customer, Engineering, and Order Management, ensuring milestones are met in a timely manner through thorough communication and time management execution.
YOUR IMPACT:

- Partner with the sales rep to understand customer specifications are met and upheld throughout the design and build process.
- Communicate updates and/or changes needed to engineering drawings and blueprints via option changes to the order.
- Identify viable solutions to address customer needs that are also cost effective and sensitive to business objectives.
- Understand and perform technical calculations at various stages of the process, such as weight reviews.
- Understand pricing of options and be able to communicate pricing to the Sales Rep.
- Be able to check CAD drawings and verify for accuracy and intent of spec.
- Ability to verify buildability of a configuration via option content.
- Host and support approval visits with the customers and sales representatives; coordinate timing of each visit.
- Finalize review packet for handoff to engineering.
- High attention to detail.
- Host dinners with sales reps and customers when asked.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in project management.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of prints and drawings.
- Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and ability to collaborate.
- Ability to influence without authority and handle difficult conversations with various customer groups.

Pay Range:
$63,500.00 - $101,700.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
