About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Research Engagement Coordinator to serve as the crucial link between our expert network and attorney clients. This role combines relationship management, coordination, and operational excellence to drive successful expert-attorney partnerships.

Our Research Engagement Coordinator will have the opportunity to:

  • Orchestrate and manage the full lifecycle of expert-attorney initial engagements, handling approximately 15 connections daily

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both expert witnesses and attorney clients through proactive communication and exceptional service

  • Lead all scheduling and coordination of initial expert-attorney consultations

  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all interactions for internal stakeholders

  • Leverage multiple communication channels (phone, email, text) to maintain efficient and effective dialogue with all parties

  • Drive positive client experiences through responsive, professional service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts

  • Strong track record of customer service excellence

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

  • Proven ability to meet both external and self-directed deadlines

  • Excellence in written and verbal communication

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Background in relationship management or account coordination

  • Natural relationship builder with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset

  • Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments
