Requirements Definition and Management

The Requirements Definition & Management Specialist is responsible for defining, analyzing, and managing business and technical requirements for medium to large initiatives. The role works closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are prioritized, validated, traceable, and aligned to business objectives.
You Will Be Successful in This Role If You:
Have experience gathering, analyzing, and managing complex business and technical requirements.
Can effectively engage stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
Are skilled at translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Have a structured approach to requirements management and governance.
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops.
Define and maintain requirements baselines, backlogs, and traceability.
Priorities requirements and define acceptance criteria.
Support scope definition and negotiate trade-offs between business, technical, and regulatory needs.
Apply requirements management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Ensure requirements support successful delivery and operational outcomes.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Demonstrated experience in requirements management, business analysis, or a related discipline.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
CBAP, Agile BA, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
Australian Citizenship is Mandatory.
NV2 Security Clearance Required.
