As part of our expansion into India, we are hiring a Reporting & Support Analyst to support the commercial department with accurate reporting, data audits, and process improvements.
Role Overview
The Reporting & Support Analyst will primarily focus on generating and analyzing sales and operational reports, performing data quality checks, and ensuring data integrity across Salesforce and related platforms. The secondary responsibility of this role is to assist with Salesforce order and opportunity processing during peak times or capacity shortages. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining data accuracy.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities: Reporting and Audit Analysis
- Create and maintain sales and operational reports using Salesforce and Excel.
- Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in Salesforce data.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making within the commercial department.
- Conduct regular checks on data quality and correct any discrepancies identified.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver meaningful reports tailored to business needs.
Secondary Responsibilities: Opportunity and Order Processing
- Support sales reps with Salesforce opportunity and order processing as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of opportunities, orders, and associated records.
- Perform basic contract reviews to extract relevant details for order setup in Salesforce.
Data Stewardship
- Verify new account creation to prevent duplicates and ensure accurate hierarchy tagging.
- Align Salesforce account data with other platforms, such as ChurnZero, HubSpot, and product usage databases.
- Conduct manual data reviews and fixes, as necessary, to uphold data integrity
- Experience: 2–3 years in a reporting or analysis role, preferably with some exposure to Salesforce order processing.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and experience with Salesforce reporting tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies through manual reviews and audits.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven experience analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Basic understanding of opportunities, accounts, orders, and products in Salesforce.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Willingness to take on secondary responsibilities and perform manual audits as needed.
- Availability: Comfortable working night shifts to align with Western time zones.
