Ozarks First in Springfield, MO, has an immediate opening for a full-time Meteorologist to join our weather team. We are looking for an energetic, accurate, and digitally savvy storyteller who knows how to deliver weather coverage to our viewers where they are. From tracking severe spring storms to winter weather in the heart of the Ozarks, you will produce critical content for broadcast, digital platforms, and our streaming app.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver multi-platform content: Produce engaging, accurate weather forecasts for TV, web, social media, and our streaming app.
- Own the weather story: Track severe storms, winter weather systems, and daily hazards with precision and clarity.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Seal: AMS or NWA seal of approval is highly desirable.
