Your role

As a Renewal Operations Specialist, you’ll work with our Renewals Sales team to review quarterly opportunities and validate data, support building renewal proposals and quotes, and work with the Dialpad Deals Desk team to submit contracts for processing.

This position will report directly to the Director of Renewals Management and the ideal candidate will be located in Metro Manilla.

What you’ll do 

  • Review Quarterly Renewal opportunities and validate for accuracy (contract expiration dates, entitlements, discounting).
  • Work with Renewal Managers to generate contract proposals and quotes.
  • Support adherence to the approval process.
  • Submit orders for processing to Dialpad’s Deals Desk team.
  • Validate accurate processing and data after submission.
  • Make reporting and dashboard requests based on business requirements.

Skills you’ll bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in back-office operations, quoting, and process management.
  • Experienced with CRM software (ex. Salesforce) and GSuite tools (Google Sheets and Google Slides).
  • History of supporting a high volume of transactions.
  • Passionate about process improvements.
  • Comfortable analyzing and understanding data.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to track numerous details.
  • Ability to communicate.
